MODULAR CONVEYOR
We design and manufacture modular conveyors characterized by a sturdy stainless steel structure and low coefficient of friction sliding guides. Great for long straights, curved structures and elevators, you can choose between multiple belts based on the type of product or application. Recommended solution for temperatures ranging from -30 ° to + 50 °. Upon request, it is possible to add a cleaning brush with a drawer to collect waste materials.
PVC CONVEYOR
Our polyurethane belts are characterized by a sturdy stainless steel structure and a rubberized driving structure. To satisfy any type of need, the customer has the possibility to choose between various types of belts. The PVC conveyor belt is the ideal solution for straight, curved, elevators, shuttle and rephaser systems and for temperatures ranging from + 5 ° to + 50 °. On request, it is possible to add anti-skid guides, shapes / designs, a scraper for cleaning with a drawer for collecting waste materials.
TABLE TOP CONVEYOR
Our conveyor belts with table top belt are typically used for the handling of trays and small products. Featuring a sturdy stainless steel structure and low-friction sliding guides, it is the ideal solution for particular movements within the conveyor line, such as curves, double curves and more. The table top belt is designed for temperatures ranging from -40 ° to + 120 °.
VK31 CONEYOR
The VK31 food conveyor belt is made up of clips in new generation acetyl resin on which stainless steel rods are inserted. This type of belt runs on a low friction coefficient plastic profile, on request it is possible to apply stainless steel spirals or plastic clips. Perfect for straight or curved food transport systems, it is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40 ° to + 80 °.
NET CONVEYOR
Our mesh belts for the food industry are characterized by a structure and a drive system both in stainless steel. These solutions are suitable for work characterized by high stress and high temperatures such as, for example, the oven exhaust.
